Byron & Keith arrived promptly at 8:00 am to install our Lennox propane fired furnace. I could not believe how well these two worked together. Each did there thing, never asking what to do next. They had the old furnace removed and the new line installed finishing at 1:30 pm. They were neat and clean. I did not have to do any clean up. Could not have asked for anything better. Excellent job.

Excellent service and pleasant customer service
I had a Lennox furnace installed last October and a heat pump in May of this year. Had several quotes from other contractors. Have been dealing originally with Spicklers before it was sold to Allied. I am glad that I went with Allied. They do a great job of installing their product and they service all my systems in a timely manner.

So Far So Good!!! Everything Wonderful
Allied did all the mechanicals on our new house. I am sorry I do not remember the "young" gentleman's name who was working on the furnace installation, but my family has been in business for over 75 years and I have owned the company for 20 years - I personally have never had an employee be as courteous and polite as this gentleman. An absolute class act with how he talked with me about any problems or any questions I had about the job.

This is email is sent to praise Derek and Allied in general. I just finished about a 30 min conversation
with Derek in an emergency situation. I live in Huntingdon with my husband and 2 small children and we lost our heat
tonight in frigid temperatures. I tried several companies and no one was willing to help us.
Derek graciously guided me thourgh the possible problems on the phone while not getting paid for his time and expertise.
His extra effort and kindness restored our heat and he provided us with additional valuable information to help
maintain the status of our propane furnace for the future. He deserves a raise or some kind of
compensation for his extra efforts and he represents your company well! Not many people would
have bothered helping someone at 9 PM. I am just so grateful and wanted to let the company
and specifically his supervisor know! From here on out I'll recommend Allied to anyone!
